Rajiv Gandhi National Institute of Youth Development is established by an Act of Parliament. The institution is functioning under the Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports, New Delhi.
The institution is providing advances to various institutions/agencies/staff for conducting training programmes. Over a period of time, because increase in volume the reconciliation of the advances paid is becoming difficult. Thus, it is proposed to outsource the work of reconciliation of advances to qualified professionals. The work involves examination of vouchers/ledgers for the last 5-7 years and also bank statements during the period. Absolute confidentiality should be maintained for carrying out the assignment.
