Dr. Kaustuv Chakraborti completed his Postgraduate and Doctorate Degrees from Pondicherry University. His topic of Doctoral Research was 21st-century Spy Fiction. He was awarded the A. Lourdes Memorial Gold Medal in 2015, for being the best outgoing student of the M.A. English Batch, 2013 – 2015. He completed his Undergraduate Degree from the University of Calcutta.
Dr. Chakraborti's areas of Academic and Research interests include Literary Theory and Criticism, Popular Fiction, Digital Humanities, and Cultural Studies. He possesses over 6 years of teaching and research experience. He has published seven research articles in Journals and Edited Volumes of National and International repute and has also presented six research papers in National and International Conferences. He has successfully attended and completed multiple short term courses offered virtually by Harvard University and Vanderbilt University, on Digital Humanities and Computer Gaming.
