        I. Educational Qualifications (Essential)

 

        For Lecturers (Honorarium of Rs.18,000/- p.m)

 

1. Youth Empowerment

I or II Class Masters Degree in Social Science/ Humanities/ Management/ Education/Social Work

2. Career Counseling

I or II Class Masters Degree in Social Science/ Humanities/ Management/ Education/Social Work

3. Gender Studies

I or II Class Masters Degree in Social Science/ Humanities/English Literature/Education/Social Work / Womens Studies

4. Local Governance

I or II Class Masters Degree in Social Science/ Humanities/ Public Administration/ Management

5. Life Skill Education

I or II Class Masters Degree in Humanities / Education / Management / Medical Science / Social Science / Social Work.

Experience

Minimum 2 years experience (after acquiring Masters Degree) in Teaching / Research at P.G. Level in the concerned subjects.

 

         For Readers (Honorarium of Rs.20,000/- p.m)

I or II Class Masters Degree, with M.Phil. / Ph.D., in Social Science/ Humanities/ Management/ Education/Social Work

2. Career Counseling

I or II Class Masters Degree, with M.Phil. / Ph.D., in Social Science/ Humanities/ Management/ Education/Social Work

3. Gender Studies

I or II Class Masters Degree, with M.Phil. / Ph.D., in Social Science/ Humanities/ English Literature/ Education / Social Work/ Womens Studies

4. Local Governance

I or II Class Masters Degree, with M.Phil. / Ph.D., in Social Science/ Humanities/ Public Administration/ Management

5. Life Skill Education

I or II Class Masters Degree, with M.Phil. / Ph.D., in Humanities/Education/Management/Medical Science / Social Science / Social Work

Experience

Minimum 5/7 years experience (after acquiring Masters Degree) in Teaching / Research at P.G. Level in the concerned subjects.

 

        II.  Desirable Qualification / Experience

         a.   Lecturer 

1.      Experience in related subject with special reference to Youth Work.

2.      M.Phil or Proved Research Experience in the subject. 

         b.  Reader 

1.      Experience in related subject with special reference to Youth Work.

2.      Ph.D., or Research Experience in Youth Work / related subjects.

        NOTE

            1.      Qualified retired persons are also eligible to apply for Reader. 

2.      The posts are on contract basis for one year only.

3.      The candidates will be paid only honorarium (consolidated) as given above.
