Shri. P. David Paul has a Masters Degree in Psychology and Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management, Industrial Relations and Labour Welfare. He is currently pursuing his doctoral programme in Psychology. As the Research Associate and Training and Placement Officer in the National Institute of Visually Handicapped Regional Centre, has undertaken various studies on identifying employment opportunities in open employment and self-employment sector for the visually challenged including jobs requiring the use of computers. Earlier, in MRF Ltd (Arakonam Plant), he was anchoring the learning and development initiatives besides coordinating various HR functions. Currently he teaches in the Department of Psychology on courses specialized in Organizational Psychology, Counselling and Disability Rehabilitation apart from organising training activities on youth development across the country.
