M.A. Life Skills Education is an essential component of promoting healthy and socially accepted individuals. Skills based education is an approach to help a person to deal with the difficulties of daily life, as making informed decision, solving problems, thinking creatively and critically, building healthy relationships through effective communication and further deal with risk situations. A well designed Life Skills Education Curriculum would address all the above mentioned issues through learning and application.
