Dr. Arif Rasheed completed his Ph.D., M.Phil., and MSW from the Department of Social Work, Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh, India. He has worked as a Development Trainee and Field Co-ordinator at National Level in an International development agency, Action Aid India for 3 years and 3 months in between 2008-2012 before joining M.Phil. Dr. A. Rasheed, has qualified his UGC-NET in 2012 and has been a ICSSR Doctoral Research Fellow, New Delhi. He is a recipient of Gold Medal and a University Medal during his academic engagement. Dr. Arif participated in an Asia Regional Training Workshop, Dhaka. He is a life-time member in Indian Society for Professional Social Work (ISPSW). Dr. Arif Rasheed has been a first divisioner through out his academic career. He has completed his 03 years in teaching at the Rajiv Gandhi National Institute of Youth Development.
